Plastic pumps conforming to DIN24256 standards

DESIGN FEATURES
Single-stage, horizontal centrifugal pumps, with the
driving motor connected to the pump shaft through a
flexible coupling. Upon request, an intermediate coupling
element may be mounted to permit quick inspection of
the pump or mechanical seal without disconnecting the
piping of the plant.
The pump shaft is mounted on ball bearings lubricated
by constant level oil bath with provision for heating
or cooling.
The pump casing is drop-forged thick-walled resine;
the impeller with the built-in shaft liner and an inside
metallic frame is drop-forged for resine.
The pump casing is protected by a cast iron housing.
All metal parts are protected by an epoxy coating.
Nuts and bolts are all made of stainless steel. The
mechanical seals, of the single external type or the
double type, with injection of flushing liquid, are
supplied by the most reputable manufacturers.
No metal part is in contact with the process liquid. |
