Vertical metal process pumps for wet-pit
mounting

DESIGN FEATURES
Vertical centrifugal pumps for wet-pit mounting with
independent discharge pipe. The column is of suitably
dimensioned metal tubular construction. The pump casing
and impeller are of fabricated steel, free from any
surface micro-porosity thereby making for improved pump
efficiency. Welding is performed using an inert shielding
gas with radiographic inspection. The driving shaft,
which is made of stainless steel of special metal, is
mounted at one end on ball bearing and, at the other
end, on a ceramic sliding bushing and a teflon or P.E.H.D.
bearing. |
